Provided technical leadership and support to the Networks and Unified Communications teams. Developed technical solutions with supporting Service Management models (ITIL). Drove technical and service management solutions through review and approval cycles, from engineering through CIO levels. Gained approvals for significant Architecture improvements, promoting use of Industry best-practice.

Provided technical leadership and support to the Network Services team and the partner cross functional Sales, Transition and Transformation teams. Developed technical solutions in response to RFPs, supporting the bid team through the sales cycle. Provided technical leadership and solution design, supporting solution delivery through Transition and Transformation. Promoted use of industry best-practice and modular solution design to enable agility.
